In addition to any labels or signs required by applicable law, a person who engages in fuel delivery, fueling, defueling or fuel storage on the Airport shall place on the person’s storage tank, tank truck, fuel tender or other fuel container on the Airport adequate marking and labeling to identify the contents by fuel type and octane rating.
