The City of Kenai assumes no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to persons or property on the Airport, or using Airport facilities by reason of fire, theft, vandalism, wind, flood, snow, earthquake or collision damage, nor does the City assume any responsibility for injury to persons while on the Airport or while using the facilities thereof.
