Any person, firm, or corporation who commits a violation as defined by this chapter or who otherwise violates any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished as provided for misdemeanors in KMC 13.05.010. (KC 2-12; Ords. 1240, 1858-2000)
