Any person, firm, or corporation who shall create, maintain, aid, or abet in creating a public nuisance as defined in this chapter, or who shall otherwise violate any provision of this chapter by doing any act prohibited or declared to be unlawful thereby, or declared to be an offense or violation thereby, or who shall fail to do any act when such provision declares such failure to be unlawful or to be an offense or violation shall be guilty of a violation; and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided for violations in KMC 13.05.010.
