If a person qualifying for a mandatory exemption from real property tax does not receive an exemption of a value of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), then the City shall exempt such person for taxes up to the total sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). (Ords. 211, 3382-2023)
