Any candidate or a majority of the persons who requested a recount who have reason to believe that an error has been made in the recount involving any candidate or question may appeal to the Superior Court in accordance with applicable court rules governing appeals in civil matters. The filing of the appeal and the proceedings shall be, as nearly as may be, as in case of such an appeal made after a recount in a State election. (Repealed and Reenacted Ord. 3224-2021 (Substitute))
