A qualified voter who cannot read, mark the ballot or sign his/her name may request an election official or not more than two (2) persons of his/her choice to assist him/her. If the election official is requested, he/she shall assist the voter. If any other person is requested, the person shall state upon oath before the election official that he/she will not divulge the vote cast by the person whom he/she assists.
