There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition and relocation of existing buildings, including historic buildings, that certain code known as the International Existing Building Code, 2021 Edition, of the International Code Council except for such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out verbatim herein.
