Section 106.5.2 of the International Mechanical Code adopted by this chapter is amended to read:

If a building permit is issued, these fees shall be considered as paid as a part of such permit fee. If no such building permit is issued, the fee shall be computed according to the current City of Kenai Schedule of Rates, Charges and Fees adopted by the Kenai City Council.
