The lease applicant shall execute and return the appropriate lease agreement with the City of Kenai within thirty (30) days of mailing the agreement to the applicant. The lease agreement shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of this title. Failure to execute and return the lease agreement within the specified period shall result in the forfeiture of all leasing rights. (Repealed and Reenacted Ord. 3072-2019 (Substitute))
