(a) “Cesspool material” means the contents of any pit or receptacle containing the drainage from sinks and toilets and the like.

(b) “Discharge” means to dump, drop, release, insert, or otherwise allow to enter into the sanitary sewer system any of the prohibited materials set forth below.

(c) “Sanitary sewer system” means the sewer treatment plant facility of the City of Kenai and includes all pipes, manholes, lift stations, holding tanks, and entry ways of any kind through which material may flow into and through the sewer treatment plant facility.

(d) “Septic material” means the contents of any septic tank seepage disposal system containing the drainage from sinks and toilets and the like.

(e) “Septic tank pumping” means any vehicle used to carry septic or cesspool material.
