(1) Junk Vehicle repair shall take place within an enclosed structure or in a side or back yard.

(2) Repair work may not be conducted on more than one Junk Vehicle at a time unless within an enclosed structure.

(3) Parts, equipment, and supplies must be stored in an area that is screened from public view.

(4) Junk Vehicle repair is not allowed within the public right-of-way.
