The Tidelands Subdivision Plat, hereinafter called “Plat,” is hereby approved and adopted as the official Tidelands Subdivision Plat of the City of Kenai, Alaska, of tide and submerged lands conveyed by the State to the City by conveyance dated January 6, 1977. Said Alaska Tidelands Survey is numbered 272 and is filed under 76-179 in the Kenai Recording District. (Ord. 3106-2020)
