10.15.060 Ordinance as Prima Facie Evidence of Change.

The ordinances herein and subsequent ordinances as numbered and included in the Kenai Municipal Code, or omitted in the case of repeal, shall be prima facie evidence of such ordinances until this Code of ordinances and subsequent ordinances numbered and included, or omitted, and readopted as a new Code of Ordinances by the City Council.
