(a) The owner or operator of an aircraft involved in an aircraft accident or incident on the Airport shall report the accident or incident to the Airport Manager and the FAA:

(1) within one (1) hour of the accident or incident or as soon as possible thereafter; if the accident or incident involves bodily injury or death or damage to any one person’s property in excess of $500; and

(2) if otherwise, within twenty-four (24) hours of the accident or incident or as soon as possible thereafter.

(b) The accident report shall include:

(1) the make, model, and registration number of the aircraft involved;

(2) the names and mailing addresses of the persons involved;

(3) a description of the accident or incident; and

(4) such other information as the Airport Manager or the FAA may reasonably require.
