(a) No person shall park a motor vehicle in an area designed for moving traffic or in an area where motor vehicle parking is prohibited.

(b) No person shall park a motor vehicle on the ramp without permission of the Airport Manager.

(c) No person shall park a vehicle on Airport Drive or Terminal Loop, except temporarily in the areas marked for “Loading and Unloading Only,” “Handicapped Loading and Unloading,” “Taxi Cab” and “Tour Bus Loading and Unloading.” The loading area on the terminal building side of Terminal Loop is restricted to use by motor vehicles temporarily parked solely for the purpose of actively loading or unloading airline passengers and baggage.

(d) No person shall park or leave an unattended vehicle having exposed or uncovered refuse, bagged or not, in the open bed of a vehicle or trailer in a condition which subjects the refuse to being removed or strewn about by animals, birds, or wind.
