By no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, the operator of an aircraft that uses the Airport and is subject to the payment of landing fees under Section 14.05.010, shall submit to the City a written report of the landings for each aircraft operated at the Airport during the previous calendar month. The report shall be accompanied by payment of the landing fees due for that month and must include the aircraft operator’s name and mailing address, and the following information to each aircraft:

(a) the make, model, and certificated maximum gross take-off weight;

(b) the registration number;

(c) the date of each landing;

(d) the date of each landing that is exempt from landing fees under Section 14.05.010(b)(4) and (5) of these regulations; and

(e) the total number of landings subject to the payment of landing fees under Section 14.05.010 of these regulations.
