12.05.010 Storage.
(a) No person shall keep or store any flammable liquids, gases, signal flares or other similar materials in a hangar or any other building on the Airport, unless the materials are kept:
(1) in aircraft in proper receptacles installed in the aircraft; or
(2) in rooms or areas specifically approved for such storage by the Airport Manager, or in storage containers approved by independent listing or testing agencies.
(b) No person shall keep or store lubricating or waste oil in or about an aircraft hangar, unless the oil is kept in a room specifically designated for oil storage or stored in containers or receptacles approved by independent listing or testing agencies.
(c) Lessees shall provide suitable metal receptacles with covers for the storage of waste, rags and other rubbish. All waste and used rags or other rubbish shall be removed in accordance with City ordinances governing trash and rubbish disposal.
