Aircraft fueling shall be conducted only from approved type pumps or fueling trucks, and only by those authorized by the Airport Manager. No person shall fuel aircraft from barrels, drums, or cans under any condition or circumstances. However, the Airport Manager may waive this regulation for a dealer or when conditions do not permit fueling at designated areas. (Memo dated 2-25-2015)
