Before each election, the Clerk shall post on the City website and publish at least twice in a newspaper of general circulation, a notice of voter registration. The posting and first publication shall occur not less than sixty (60) days before the election. The notice shall include the qualifications required to vote and the deadline for registering to vote in the election. (Repealed and Reenacted Ord. 3224-2021 (Substitute))
