No license may be sold, conveyed, or otherwise transferred by the holder thereof to any other person at any time, and no license sold, conveyed, or otherwise transferred shall be valid as to the new holder thereof. Successors in interest to persons licensed under this chapter shall make original application for a license if the successor wishes to continue or to resume the activity. (Ord. 420)
