There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, removal and demolition of detached one- and two-family dwellings and multiple single-family dwellings, that certain code known as the “International Residential Code,” 2021 Edition, of the International Code Council, including the appendices, except for such portions as are hereafter deleted, modified, or amended; and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out verbatim herein.
