The Building Official of this City shall have the powers, duties, and functions prescribed for the “Code Official” by the International Fuel Gas Code adopted by KMC 4.31.010; provided, the powers, duties and functions may be performed by authorized representatives of the Building Official and under his or her supervision and control.
