The Building Official of the City of Kenai shall have the powers, duties, and functions prescribed for the authority having jurisdiction in the National Electrical Code, adopted by KMC 4.30.010; provided, said powers, duties, and functions may be performed by authorized representatives of the Building Official and under his or her supervision and control.
