The Building Official of the City of Kenai shall have the powers, duties and functions prescribed for the Administrative Authority in the Uniform Plumbing Code adopted by KMC 4.25.010; provided, said powers, duties and functions may be performed by the authorized representatives of the Building Official and under his or her supervision and control.
