4.25.010 Adoption.
There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the qualification of persons engaged in the business of plumbing and the installation, alteration, or repair of plumbing systems, that certain bound volume known as the “Uniform Plumbing Code,” the “Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code,” and the “Uniform Solar Energy Code,” 2021 Edition, of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, including the appendices, except for such portions:
(a) Deleted, modified, or amended by the State of Alaska, omitting State of Alaska deletions, modifications or amendments regarding administrative procedures, fees, and costs; and
(b) Deleted, modified, or amended in this chapter relating to administrative procedures, fees and costs (local amendments).
