There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the abatement of dilapidated, defective buildings which endanger life, health, property, and public safety, that certain code known as the International Property Maintenance Code, 2021 Edition, of the International Code Council except for such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out verbatim herein.
