There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location, and maintenance of buildings and structures, including permits and penalties, those certain bound volumes known as the “International Building Code,” 2021 Edition, of the International Code Council, including the appendices, except for such portions as are herein deleted, modified, or amended, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out verbatim herein.
