(a) Plots shall be platted in those areas of the cemetery where interments have not as yet taken place in five (5) foot by ten (10) foot plots, two and one-half (2-1/2) foot by five (5) foot plots for infants, and two (2) foot by two (2) foot for cremains.

(b) The City of Kenai shall not be liable for any order received verbally or for any mistakes occurring from the want of precise and proper instructions as to the particular space, size or location in a tract where interment is desired.

(c) All opening, closing, plot preparation, interment, disinterment, marker placement and removal shall be overseen by the City and under the supervision of the Parks and Recreation Director or designee. Opening and closing of graves shall be conducted by a contractor or business licensed and insured in the State of Alaska as an embalmer, funeral director or mortuary establishment.
