The City Clerk shall be in charge and have access to plats for the purpose of assigning plots upon request, and have charge of burial records, files and maps which shall be stored by the City of Kenai. The City Clerk shall maintain necessary records, files, and maps as required by the State to protect the health and welfare of the community and to ensure continuity in operation. The City Clerk shall assign a plot number to a specific plot in advance of the preparation of a grave whenever an interment or disinterment is to be made. (Ord. 3293-2022)
