Each employee shall have his or her performance evaluated at the following periods:

(a) End of Probationary Period. Each employee in the classified service shall be evaluated thirty (30) days prior to the completion of his or her probationary period. The employee must have an overall evaluation of at least “Meets Expectations” in order to become permanent or, in the case of seasonal employees, be eligible for the next season’s employment.

(b) Annual. Each employee shall receive an annual performance evaluation thirty (30) days prior to his or her anniversary date and thirty (30) days prior to the end of each season for seasonal employees.

(c) Time of Separation. Each employee shall be evaluated at the time of separation and such record shall become part of his or her permanent personnel file.
