No full-time employee shall accept outside employment, whether part-time, temporary, or permanent that could reasonably interfere, conflict, or negatively reflect on the City. It is the individual employee’s responsibility to ensure compliance with this section. Approval of the individual’s department head is required before acceptance of outside employment.
