Leased lands shall be utilized for purposes within the scope of the application, the terms of the lease and in conformity with the ordinances of the City, and in substantial conformity with the comprehensive plan and airport master plan. Utilization or development for other than the allowed uses shall constitute a violation of the lease and subject the lease to cancellation at any time. (Repealed and Reenacted Ord. 2998-2018)
