It is unlawful for a person to park an aircraft or automobile on the airport in any location or in any manner contrary to a regulation adopted under KMC 21.05.040, or a rule or order issued by the Airport Manager pursuant to a regulation adopted under KMC 21.05.040. The Airport Manager, including the manager’s designated representative, shall be vested with full police powers under the authority of the City to enforce the provisions of this section.
