Any person or other entity who shall violate any provision of this chapter, by doing any act prohibited or declared to be unlawful thereby or who shall fail to do any act when such provision declared such failure to be unlawful shall be guilty of a violation; and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided for violations in KMC 13.05.010.
