In addition to the penalties provided by law, violation of this chapter shall be sufficient cause for the Kenai Sewer Utility to discontinue sewer service to any property on which such a violation has originated. Criminal conviction or other judicial action is not a prerequisite to discontinuance of service. (Ord. 2078-2005)
