(a) The City is not responsible for water extensions or for water connections.

(b) The property owner will be responsible for all frozen water connections and extensions, and the City will not be responsible therefor.

(c) The City will maintain and repair City-installed water connections that are damaged by a structural, mechanical failure or broken pipe. If a contractor or utility company caused the problem, the City will ask them to make the repairs or pay for the repairs.
