The City Planner shall review the application and accompanying information and determine if it meets the requirements of this Chapter. If the requirements have not been met, the City Planner shall specify the deficiencies therein and request that a supplement to the application be filed. The City Planner may request additional information pertinent to the particular site to be supplied by the applicant. Such additional information shall not be requested unless it can be obtained by the applicant at a reasonable cost. The issue of reasonable cost may be appealed by the applicant directly to the Board of Adjustment before further review of the application by the City Planner. (Ords. 925, 2977-2017)
