If a court of competent jurisdiction should hold one or more sections or a part of this Code or of an ordinance passed hereafter invalid, such holding shall not affect the remainder of the Code or ordinance nor the context in which such section, sections, or part so held invalid may appear, except to the extent that an entire section or part thereof may be inseparably connected in meaning and effect with the section, sections, or part so held invalid.
