The word “ordinance” means a law of the City of Kenai and may be cited in short form by use of the letters “KO” followed by the number of the ordinance consisting of the number assigned to it by the Clerk, a hyphen, and the last two (2) digits of the year in which it was introduced. (Ord. 543)
