Pursuant to Section 4 of Chapter 113, Session Laws of Alaska 1972, the provisions of Chapter 113, SLA 1972 as set forth in AS 23.40 are hereby rejected, and such provisions of law shall not apply to the City of Kenai. (Ords. 209, 252)
