In addition to any fine levied or other penalty imposed pursuant to this chapter or regulations imposed thereunder, any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter including any rules and regulations as herein set forth, or fail to comply therewith upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine as provided for violations in KMC 13.05.010.
