1.56.040 Refusing to Return Loaned Material.

No person, firm, or corporation shall knowingly refuse to return any reading material, including books, periodicals, newspapers, maps, atlases, or any non-reading material including cassettes, record players, screens, and projectors loaned to said person, firm, or corporation within thirty (30) days after said reading or non-reading material becomes overdue.
