No one shall sleep within the library or outside the library upon library property at any time nor shall anyone lie in a reclined position within or outside the library or library grounds. To lie in a reclined position means to position one’s body parallel to the floor or ground whether one is on the floor, ground, a table, bench, chairs, couch, counter, shelves, card cases, or any other item of furniture.
